Hitchcoq in Dusseldorf

Yesterday we ordered the coleslaw salad, the filet menu and the drum stick menu and it was delicious again !!!! Simply delicious and always good. It was well seasoned, everything was hot and it came at the desired time !! Highly Recommended!!! 😁

Great chicken, feels like in Tennessee!

A great team despite the difficult situation. The food is always ready to be picked up within 15 minutes by phone call. The wings just taste great😌. Highly recommended. I wish the Hitchcoq team all the best and a good start into the new year. Lg K. Öztürk

Concept perfectly implemented. I had the drumstick menu and extra drumsticks. Very cool chicken. Side dishes well chosen. Keeps all promises (the spiciness levels are also serious) The breading can be thicker / crispy, but it doesn't have to be. It already tastes great. Chicken dipped in hot sauce would be a cool option too. Unfortunately expensive. 3 drumsticks and a french fries with 3 nicely placed cucumber slices are never worth 12 euros. An adult person gets rid of at least 20 euros to get full. I understand that the chicken is premium product but this price range does not have to be for a snack. No point deduction because I understand the vision and the food is great. Still a shame.

Great food, a large selection of good drinks and, despite Corona measures, still a very cozy shop! Reserving online in advance is super easy and highly recommended.

Great shop: great food (simply great fried chicken!), Delicious drinks (esp. Various types of beer). Everything fits together! I will definitely be back! Unfortunately, the caps and T-shirts were only discovered after paying - there will be next time. I would give it a sixth star immediately if it was a little more cozy inside.

Very good quality, very tasty and can only be recommended. Unfortunately, the pre-order is always very difficult because nobody answers the phone and you are forced to order on site to wait to take it with you. Apart from that, I always like to eat here again, I can only recommend Service also super nice, I always love to come back

Perfect for an authentic American experience. Drum sticks were juicy and covered in a very tasty seasoning. Being health conscious I ordered zucchini and fennel salad...go for fries instead, goes much better with chicken! Rafaello cheesecake was a nice surprise and well chosen wind selection made the experience complete! Definitely to be recommended. Secret tip: there is a large outside seating area behind the restaurant!

I love this place! Their food menu is small, but the concept is good. A variety of very delicious chicken and some nice side dishes. But the assortment of craft beer is exceptional for Düsseldorf! The staff is also really nice and passionate. I had some nice conversations about the beers I had.

Really nice place to have some chicken wings or fillet. And they are spicy! The place is quite nice and the staff is very proactive. There are not much options to chose from, but you know what to expect. There is a high demand these days, so not everything on the menu is available. You can choose the spicy level and they can be very spicy. Given I'm used to spicy food, "very spicy" one is on the edge of my limits. So be careful! The beer is also good even though the choices are limited. But again, you should know what to expect when you go there. The food is really good, but there is around 20-30 minutes waiting. The portion sizes are good enough, any larger portion will kill you anyway 😂 Overall, it's great place to have some awesome Chicken Wings or Fillets.

nice concept "fried chicken & beer" - something different. Exactly my thing, actually. that's why I expected too much. Unfortunately a point deduction for the chicken (too much rub too little crunch)

Probably the best chicken place in the city that offers the closest taste to the good ol' southern USA recipe. Very tasty and good selection of dip. The spice levels are outstanding compared to what you'll normally find in German restos. Sidedishes were also pretty decent but the wide selection of wine and good draught beers completes the entire experience. And during good weather, the outdoor patio is a cozy place to hangout

Great place with a good changing selection of tap beer. The chicken is super crunchy on the outside while still being perfectly juicy on the inside. Varying degrees of spiciness and plenty of sides to choose from make it an overall well rounded menu.

Food is great, really nice chicken quality as well as a nice beer selection. I definitely plan to return again.

Food is great. Beer selection is one of the best in Dusseldorf. Service is good. Indoor/outdoor seating. Would highly recommend.

The chicken was awesome, the seasoning was spicy enough, perfect for cold session IPA that I had. The fries were good too. The hospitality/service of the staff was superb, very friendly and caring. However, I hate to say that the yuzu-sake mayo was bit odd, and the dressing of the salad was bit too plain. In overall, I would like to visit again to enjoy the good chicken in town with a nice glass of wine.

Awesome natural wine list and a great selection of beer. The chicken is DELICIOUS and the sides are incredible. Even the dips are creative and fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Simple but great concept, they brew their own alt beer and they have a large variety of beers. The chicken is very well cooked and you can spice it up as you wish. They also offer a large choice of side dishes and home made sauces. On top of that, the staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place!
